At NightShield Dental, we want you to feel confident trying our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective.

  • You receive the incorrect item.

  • Your order is lost in transit.

  • The product is unsuitable for you after reasonable use according to the provided instructions.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or videos where relevant

We aim to respond to all requests within 1 business day.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety requirements, used oral appliances and nightguards generally do not need to be physically returned. We may request photographs or additional information to assess your claim.

For unused products, we may request that the item be returned before a refund is processed.

Refunds and Replacements

If your claim is approved, we may provide:

  • A replacement product at no additional cost; or

  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.
