Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on a business day are processed the same day; orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Please note: processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as holidays or sales events.
Shipping Costs:
Domestic (Australia): $10.00 AUD flat rate
International: $15.00 AUD flat rate
All shipping charges are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Your bank or payment provider will apply the applicable exchange rate at the time of purchase. Final amounts in your local currency may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Lost or Stuck Shipments
If your order hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, please contact us at Support@Nightshielddental.com with your order number. We will investigate and offer a replacement or full refund.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
