Directions of use:
- Clean your nose thoroughly to remove any dirt or oils from the skin. Let your nose dry completely before applying the adhesive tabs.
- Using the pawn-shaped applicator, apply one adhesive tab to each side of your nose, just above the nostrils. Press firmly on each tab to ensure complete contact, wait a few minutes before attaching the nasal band.
- Pick a magnetic band, ensure the inside of the band is gently touching the widest part of your nostrils. The band should gently attach to the tabs.
- Enjoy improved sleep quality, reduced nasal congestion and snoring!
Pro-tips:
Avoid applying the band upside down. The magnets should be facing down.
The best band size for your nose is usually the one that matches the width of your nostrils the inside of the band should gently touch the widest part of your nostrils.
Ensure oils such as moisturisers and cosmetic Makeup have been removed prior to attaching the adhesive tabs, as the oils can prevent the adhesive from working properly.
